128 - 23 Longrow 21

A Double distilled heavily peated single malt from the Springbank distillery. With the maly being peat dried for 48 hours to give the distinctive smokey character campbeltown has become known for. A nod to history and a great exercise in patience having waited 21 years of maturation to in bourbon and sherry casks nurturing the whiskey to a point of excellence. If you can extend that patience in the glass you will be met with an inviting smokyness with a rich warm finish. Both the bottle and box are in great condition.
